$195 launch fee — one-off, never again.
The trial is completely free — 30 days, system live from day one. No credit card. No obligation. If you decide to keep it, the $195 is a one-off that covers everything: your menu build (we build it from your photo or PDF), your physical setup kit posted to your venue (laminated table tent cards, counter card, staff quick-reference card), and absorbs the finder fee if a finder introduced you. Once it's paid, it's done. You never pay it again.
On $10,000/month in orders, a commission-based platform takes $150–200. OnlineMenu takes $59. The difference covers your monthly fee in the first two days of trading — and you keep the rest.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days free, system live from day one. No credit card. No obligation. Your menu is built and your system is running from the moment we receive your menu photo.
What exactly does the $195 launch fee cover?
Everything it takes to go permanent: your full menu build (from photo, PDF, or handwritten list — we handle it), your physical setup kit posted to your venue (laminated table tent cards for each table, a counter card, and a staff quick-reference card), and the finder fee if someone referred you. You only pay it once, at the end of the trial if you decide to continue. You never pay it again.
Are there commissions or per-order fees?
No. OnlineMenu charges a flat monthly fee — $59/month or $590/year. Every dollar your customers spend comes to you. No cuts, no percentages, no per-order charges.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Everything runs in any phone's browser — iPhone, Android, whatever. No download. No account. No login. A customer can be ordering in under 60 seconds from the first time they open the menu.
Does it connect to my existing till or POS?
No — and it doesn't need to. OnlineMenu is a separate ordering layer. Your existing till stays exactly as it is. Orders come through to the kitchen screen; how you handle payment at your end doesn't change. Most venues take payment at the counter when the customer picks up, or at the table when they're done.
What if a customer won't order on their phone?
Your staff can open the staff URL on their own phone and take the order at the table. The kitchen gets the same ticket as if the customer had ordered themselves. Nothing changes for that customer — they just don't interact with any screen.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Monthly plans cancel month-to-month. Annual plans run for the year paid. Call or text Bryan on 027 202 5876.
